Preventive maintenance program
Better to prevent than repair. We inspect your roof, clean it, and fix small problems before they become big ones.
We say it often: a well-maintained roof is a roof that lasts. A small problem caught early (a loose flashing, a clogged drain, a lifted shingle) can be fixed for a few hundred dollars. The same problem ignored over two winters can turn into a job costing several thousand. We carry out a full inspection of your roof: membrane, shingles, flashing, drains, ventilation, decking: and we hand you a report with photos and clear recommendations. We clean the gutters, repair what can be fixed on the spot, and tell you honestly what can wait and what shouldn't. Ideally, this should be done once a year in the spring, after winter has done its damage.

Frequently asked questions
How often should you have your roof inspected?
We recommend an annual inspection, ideally in the spring after winter. Commercial flat roofs should be inspected twice a year (spring and fall).
What does an inspection report include?
Our report includes photos of the current condition, an assessment of each component (membrane/shingles, flashing, drains, ventilation, decking), the defects identified and our priority recommendations.
How much does an inspection cost?
The cost of an inspection varies with the size and type of roof. Contact us for our rates. The investment in an inspection is minimal compared to the cost of the repairs it helps avoid.
